Shipping Policy

At Mr. Cleann Turf, we aim to process and ship every order promptly so you can enjoy a cleaner, fresher turf as soon as possible.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

  • If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs vary based on total order weight, quantity, and destination.

  • Larger or combined orders (such as multiple gallons or bundled cleaners) may qualify for combined or adjusted shipping rates.

  • Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Please contact us for inquiries about other destinations.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Carrier Responsibility & Lost Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:

    1. Verify your shipping address.

    2. Check with neighbors or your local postal carrier.

    3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

  • You may also contact us at mrcleannturf@gmail.com, and we’ll help you communicate with the carrier, but Mr. Cleann Turf is not liable for carrier errors or losses.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.


Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive damaged items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at mrcleannturf@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the claim and work with you to resolve it.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Hazardous or oversized materials may have additional restrictions.
